<td width="300"><strong>Package One</strong>One of the more athletic forms of yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa is dynamic and physically demanding. The foundation of this ancient practice was pioneered by Shri.T.Krishnamacharya who shared his knowledge with a number of influential students who went onto become well loved and respected “gurus” in their own right.Students today will be led through some or all of a set sequence. This sequence is postures (asanas). Practiced in a particular order and known as the Primary series. The practice aims to build heat in the body to help it to open and to release toxins. When practised regularly, it can become a moving meditation, developing strength, flexibility, stamina and ultimately a still and focused mind.</td>
