Sport has always been very prevalent in Scott’s life. He recalls spending most of his early days rowing backwards down a river at physical breaking point.
He was historically sceptical of yoga, which is cause for amusement now!
Scott feels vinyasa flow allows him to combine a love for a powerful style of yoga with the calming effect of the breath and meditation.
He says that Yoga has most definitely had a huge positive effect, both physically and mentally. He has enjoyed a personal practise for many years; teaching seemed the best way to be able to share that joy. His classes are energising and passionate.

Scott has been teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and the Primary Series in the Bournemouth and Poole area for the last four years.
Scott was a popular DJ when he attended his first class with a friend. He has since studied with
Sri Pattabhi Jois, his grandson Sharath Jois and ultimately Ajay Kuma who he visits annually.
He is a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
Scott has recently qualified as an acupuncturist. This has given him an excellent knowledge of Chinese medicine and an extensive anatomy focus which flows into his teaching.
